1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Sweepstakes Companion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our competitions. By entering any competition, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to participate in prize competitions in your jurisdiction.
3. Competition Rules
Each competition has specific rules that apply. These rules are displayed on the competition page and form part of these terms. By entering a competition, you agree to abide by those specific rules.
4. Payments and Refunds
All ticket purchases are final. Due to the nature of competition tickets, refunds are generally not available once a purchase is complete. If a competition is cancelled, full refunds will be issued to all participants.
5. Prize Delivery
Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw. Prize delivery arrangements will be made directly with the winner. All prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with alternatives of equal or greater value.
